Rugged – unyielding – wild and inhospitable. The Himalaya landscape evokes everything that is adventure. Traversing roads usually closed for up to eight months of the year because of heavy snowfall – the will to explore is irresistible. On these adventures, you ascend road passes in excess of 5000m – where landslides and rock-falls present challenges and where river crossings through snowmelt waters, set icicles forming on your biking gear.
Because you seize the moment – up here “fear” takes a back seat!
On all our Himalaya adventures,
we use Royal Enfield 350/500cc Bullets. With its classic chassis and elegant looks, this in essence is classic British motorcycling from a bygone era. 2010 saw modification to more a Japanese tyle, but we prefer to give our riders left hand brake – right hand gearshift to experience. For further information on the Enfield
